矿用隔爆电气设备图纸审查探讨

摘要:

矿用隔爆型电气设备是一种常见的防爆电气产品,由于隔爆技术具有技术容易实现、防爆效果显著、加工成本低等特点而被广泛应用于煤矿井下电气设备中。此类电气产品的质量对煤矿井下爆炸性气体环境下的人身财产安全至关重要的作用。文章重点讲述了在审查隔爆型电气产品图纸过程中常见的问题,详细讲述了隔爆相关参数的检查方法并举例说明,对图纸的严格审查不但有利于提高产品的质量,对保证煤矿井下的安全生产也具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Mine explosion-proof electrical equipment is a common explosion-proof electrical equipment, and is widely used in underground coal mine electrical equipment with the characteristics of realizing easily, the notable explosion-proof effect , and low cost. The quality of the product plays a critical role to the personal and property safety which underground explosive gas environment. This article described the common problem in the process of checking flameproof electrical drawings, elaborated the methods of checking the flameproof parameters in details. strict review of the drawing is not only conducive to improve the quality of products, but also has vast importance to ensure coal mine safety production.
